About Susan

Susan Alaimo grew up in the Mid-west, living in the Chicago area from grade school through college. Susan worked in hospitals for many years after graduating and was part of the 4-year National Aspirin Myocardial Infarction Study which proved that aspirin can help prevent recurrent heart attacks.

Susan’s grandfather and mother were both real estate brokers. She was drawn to real estate in 2002 and took to it like a duck to water. Her area of expertise is Hollywood, Hallandale and Dania Beach for residential properties.

Susan has specialized in Oceanfront condo sales for many years. Listing and selling single family homes in the “close to the Ocean” residences throughout Hollywood, Dania Beach and Hallandale is her forte.

Susan is an avid health enthusiast who consistently exercises and stays current with nutritional and physical fitness recommendations. Her only daughter graduated from FSU and started teaching in Hollywood. She and her husband have relocated to Ridgefield, CT where she continues to teach. Her husband is top notch in technology and they have three beautiful boys, now 11, 9 and 5 years old. They love to come visit Nana Susan in South Florida.
